Important Note: As the race is open for both elite and amateur athletes, it is important for them to register according to the specific category. Any discrepancy found before or after the race, organizers might act including disqualifying the participant.

Amateur Athletes: Amateurs are usually non-professional athletes who participate for personal goals, enjoyment, or fitness rather than for a career. They might be less experienced, or they may simply participate at a recreational level without professional training or sponsorship. In competitive events, amateurs may have access to a more relaxed category or shorter distances.

Elite Athletes: Elite athletes are those who train at a high level, often with the goal of achieving top placements or records. They typically have extensive experience, may be professionally trained, and are sometimes sponsored. Elite athletes compete in tougher, more competitive categories with others of a similar skill level.
